Notifications
Choose what reaches you by email and in the app, and route workspace events to Slack and Discord.
Your notifications
Under Settings → Notifications, pick which events reach you by email. Everything is always shown in the app's notifications too.
| Event | When |
|---|---|
| Review requested | Someone asks you to review a post. |
| Post approved / Post rejected | A post you sent for review is decided. |
| Post published | One of your scheduled posts goes live. |
| Publishing failed | A scheduled post couldn't be published. |
| Account needs reconnecting | A connected channel needs signing in again. |
| Comment activity | Replies and new comments on posts you're part of, and @mentions. |
| Daily digest | Today's scheduled posts, each morning. |
| Weekly digest | Monday's weekly digest. Owners, admins and managers only. |
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link for that kind of email.
Slack
Connect Slack once to post to Slack channels and to receive workspace events there.
Go to Settings → Slack and choose Connect Slack. Approve the app in your Slack workspace.
Add a notification route: pick the Slack Channel, the Events to send (approvals requested and decided, posts published, publishing failures, channels needing reconnection), and optionally Only for posts tagged to narrow it to one tag.
Reviewers can approve or reject posts straight from Slack, and can be sent their review requests as direct messages. Owners, admins and managers can connect Slack, set up routes and disconnect it.
Discord
Settings → Discord works the same way: choose Connect Discord, add our bot to your server, then route events to its channels.
Per-post notifications
To announce a single post in a Slack or Discord channel when it goes live, use Notify Slack or Notify Discord in the post's auto-engagement options. See Auto-engagement.
Webhooks
To send events to your own systems, see Webhooks.
