Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how the trial works, and what happens at a limit.
Plans belong to a workspace, not a person. Each workspace has its own plan, and everyone in it shares that plan's allowances.

Annual billing is about 20% less than paying monthly.

The free trial
Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial. You add a card when you start it, and the first charge is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged. Each account gets one trial. You're emailed three days before it ends.
Paying
Checkout is run by Stripe, which is the merchant of record: it calculates and adds sales tax or VAT for your country, and you pay in your local currency. Prices on our site are in USD before tax.
Manage everything under Settings → Billing: switch plans, update your payment method, change the billing email, download invoices, or cancel. Owners and admins can manage billing.
Limits

| Posts to X | X charges us for every post, and much more for posts with links, so each plan has a monthly X allowance and a smaller one for posts with a link. On Standard, X posts wait until the next billing period. On Pro and Advanced, posting continues past the allowance. |
| AI assists | Orb stops until the allowance resets with your billing period. |
| Auto-engagement | Queued actions stop until the allowance resets. |
| Media storage | Each plan includes an amount of storage for uploads. Usage is shown on the billing page. |
Settings → Billing shows how much of each allowance you've used this period.
Downgrading or cancelling
Nothing over a plan's limits is deleted. When a workspace has more members or channels than its plan covers, the extra ones are paused: paused members can read but not change anything, and paused channels stay connected but don't publish. Choose who and what stays active from Settings → Members and Settings → Channels.
If a workspace has no plan at all (a trial that ended without a card, or a cancelled subscription), everything stays readable but nothing publishes until a plan is chosen.
If a payment fails, publishing is paused until it goes through. Update your card from Settings → Billing to pick up where you left off.
