Getting a mention right used to mean copying handles between tabs. Now you can do it in the composer.
Type @ and start typing a name:
- LinkedIn searches people and company pages. The mention publishes natively, so the person or page gets notified.
- Bluesky resolves handles against the network as you type, so you get the right account.
- Mastodon searches your own instance, including federated accounts.
Each platform expects a different format, and Orbitwrite converts at publish time. You write the post once.

If one draft goes to several platforms, mentions fall back safely. A LinkedIn page mention becomes plain text where that page does not exist, so nothing publishes broken.
