Link in bio

One link. Every account you’re on.

A public page at orbw.link/yourname that lists every channel you post to, plus anything else you want to send people to.

How it works

Most of it is already done by the time you open the settings.

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Every channel you've connected shows up with its handle and a link straight to the real profile. There's nothing to paste in.

  2. 2

    Add anything else

Custom links for a newsletter, a shop, a docs site. Drag the whole list, channels and links together, into the order you want.

  3. 3

    Turn it on

It stays off until you say otherwise. Preview it in settings first, then share orbw.link/yourname.

The details

A link-in-bio page is a small thing. The small things are where it usually goes wrong.

It fills itself in

Connect an account and it appears on the page, with the handle and display name already filled in. Connect another and it appends to the end.

Real profile URLs, not guesses

Mastodon links resolve through your instance, LinkedIn uses your vanity slug when there is one. Discord and Slack are skipped, because a private channel has no public profile.

Custom links, with the site's own icon

Add a title and a URL and it picks up that site's favicon. Anything that isn't a real http link is dropped rather than rendered broken.

One list, in your order

Channels and custom links live in the same list, so the thing you most want clicked goes at the top.

Hide any channel

Keep an account connected for posting but off the public page. One toggle, per channel.

Six themes

Classic, Obsidian, Aurora Glass, Citrus Pop, Neo Brutalist and Doodle Sketch. Pick one, no CSS.

No JavaScript at all

The page is rendered on the server as plain HTML with its styles inline. One request, nothing to hydrate, nothing to block.

Unfurls properly when shared

Title, description, canonical URL and an OG image come out of your workspace profile, so the link looks right wherever it's pasted.

Off until you turn it on

New workspaces have it disabled. The settings preview renders the real page before anyone else can reach it.
