How Orbitwrite handles Discord

A community usually hears about a release last, because it's the one channel nothing else posts to. Here it goes out with everything else.

Write it here, post it there

A Discord post is a message in a channel, up to 2,000 characters, with attachments if you want them. It is drafted, reviewed and scheduled like every other post in the workspace.

The same announcement, everywhere at once

Your community hears it as the post lands on X, LinkedIn and the rest — one draft, one schedule, no copy and paste into a channel afterwards.

See it as the channel will

The preview sits beside the draft and updates as you type, in the shape a Discord message takes — so nothing lands in your community half-formatted.

The rest of the workspace

Everything else that comes with a Discord account in an Orbitwrite workspace.

A channel per audience

Add the Orbitwrite bot to your server once, then connect as many channels as you like — announcements, releases, a customer server of your own — and pick which ones a post goes to as you write it.

Or let it tell you what happened

Discord is also where Orbitwrite can report back: a message the moment something publishes, or when a draft is waiting on someone's review. That's a separate setting from posting, and it can go to a different channel.

Fill your posting slots

Pick the times you want to post each week, then drop drafts into the queue and Orbitwrite fills the next open slot. It can also pick the slot your account tends to do best in.

Drafts in your brand voice

The AI assistant picks up your voice from posts you have already published, then drafts, rewrites and adjusts tone in it. You can edit anything it writes before it is scheduled.

Plan whole campaigns

Describe a campaign and get a full run of posts back, laid out across the calendar with its own performance breakdown once they start going live.

Approvals before anything goes live

Send a post for review and choose whether sign-off has to happen before it publishes. Make it blocking and nothing reaches Discord until a reviewer says yes. Either way, every change stays on the post, with who made it.

Auto-engagement on your own posts

Discord has no like or repost for a bot to fire, and replies in a channel belong to the people in it, so auto-engagement isn't offered here.

Slack and Discord notifications

Post to a Slack or Discord channel the moment something publishes, or when a draft is waiting on someone's review.
