How it works

Invite the team
Send an email invite or share a link. Everyone lands in the same workspace with the role you gave them.

Draft and review in one place
Highlight a line to comment on it, or propose the wording yourself. Replies, mentions and attachments sit on the draft, not in a thread somewhere else.

Approve, and it goes out on schedule
Pick your reviewers and whether their sign-off holds publishing. Approve in the app or straight from Slack.

The review steps agencies normally run over email and screenshots.

Pick who reviews a post. Require all of them to approve, or let any one of them clear it.

A blocking request holds publishing until it's approved. A non-blocking one is a heads-up, and the post still goes out on time.

Highlight the text and comment on it. Threaded replies, @mentions and file attachments included.

Propose the wording instead of describing it. Whoever owns the post accepts or rejects it in one click.

Owner, admin and member, set per workspace. Run one for your own accounts and one for each client.

Presence shows who has the post open right now, and who has gone idle.

Approval requests land in your channel with Approve and Reject on the message. Discord gets the same alerts.

Add a note for your reviewers and a date you need them by. It's a nudge on the request, not a hard stop.

Who did what, when, and from which IP. Invites, approvals, key changes and publishes are all recorded.
