Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orbitwrite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to publish content that is unlawful or violates the policies of the social platforms you connect.

3. Connected accounts

Orbitwrite publishes content to third-party social platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each platform you connect, and you can revoke Orbitwrite's access at any time from your workspace settings.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and schedule through Orbitwrite. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver that content to the platforms you choose.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before the changes take effect.
