The dashboard already told you what needed approving and what was scheduled next. It left out the other thing that usually needs you in the morning: someone is waiting on a reply.
Open conversations from the Inbox now appear as their own row on the dashboard. Each card shows the platform, who replied, the first couple of lines of what they said, and how long ago it landed.
Clicking a card opens that conversation in the Inbox, ready to answer. The … menu on a card resolves it or snoozes it without leaving the dashboard, and because it is the same data the Inbox uses, acting here keeps both in step.
The row only appears when something is open. An empty Inbox means an unchanged dashboard.
