Review comments are good for questions. They are less good for "change this word".
Turn on Suggesting from the composer menu and your edits stop landing directly in the post. They get tracked instead, shown inline as an insert or a deletion, and listed in the right-hand panel alongside the regular comments. A pill in the header reminds you the mode is on until you close it.
The author gets an accept or reject button on each suggestion. Accepting applies the change. Rejecting leaves the text alone. Either way the decision sticks and the buttons go away.
If a draft has picked up a lot of both, you can filter the panel down to just comments or just suggestions.
