Bulk actions
Select any number of conversations and act on them together. Resolve them, snooze them until later, mark them unread, or reopen ones you resolved too early. Shift click selects a range, the same as your email client.
Faster reply sync
Replies used to arrive on the platform's schedule. The Inbox now syncs when you open it, keeps polling while you have it open, and a background sweep catches anything missed. A reply on X, Bluesky, or Threads shows up in seconds.
The refresh button in the Inbox header forces a sync across every account in the workspace.
