Ideas is a new panel in the composer, next to the AI assistant. It holds a library of things worth writing about: make a bold observation, share a hard-earned lesson, teach one thing step by step, tell the story of the thing that didn't work. They are sorted into thought leadership, educational, and storytelling, and there is a search box if you would rather go looking.
The one you picked stays put
Pick an idea and it pins above the editor while you write, title and prompt intact. That is the whole point of it: a prompt you read once and then lose is no better than the blank page it replaced.
The banner has two buttons. One swaps it for a different idea. The other dismisses it and leaves whatever you have written alone, so you can clear it the moment the post has its own shape.
Nothing here writes for you. If you want that, the assistant is one panel over, and picking an idea first gives it somewhere to start.
