Campaigns

A fortnight of the schedule with four campaigns running across the day cells

Some posts are one-offs. Plenty are not. A launch week, a conference, the run-up to a webinar, the fortnight of customer stories you promised marketing: those are a run of posts that only make sense together, and until now the only thing holding them together was you remembering.

A campaign is that run, named. Give it a title, a date range and a colour, put posts in it, and the group becomes something you can see, move and finish.

It shows up where you plan

A campaign draws a bar across every day it covers, so a week of work reads as a week of work rather than seven unrelated entries. Two campaigns running at once sit on their own lines, and one that carries into next week picks up on the row below.

That is the whole point of the dates. You can tell at a glance that the launch and the webinar promo overlap on Thursday, which is the sort of thing you would otherwise find out on Thursday.

The campaigns page

Campaigns in the sidebar lists everything you have running, with dates, post counts, what goes out next, and status. Edit a name, description, date range or colour inline. Select several rows to delete them together. Open one and you get a planner board showing only that campaign's posts.

Or describe it and let the AI draft it

Click New campaign and you can either set it up yourself or hand it over. Give it a topic, or a URL to work from, and it walks through the name, the dates, which accounts to post from, how often to post, and whether to adapt the wording per platform. You see a summary before a word is written.

What comes back is a post per topic, already on a slot, and every one of them held for review. Nothing publishes until you approve it, so a generated run is a starting point you edit rather than something that goes out behind you.

Approve the ones you want, send back the ones you do not, and edit any of them first. A post you send back moves to Needs revision and stays in the campaign, so nothing you asked for quietly disappears.
