Approvals

A post out for review, with its due date, progress and the three reviewers it is waiting on

If someone needs to see a post before it goes out, that now happens in Orbitwrite rather than in a thread somewhere.

Request review from the composer, pick your reviewers, and add a message and a due date if it helps. Approving releases the post. Asking for changes sends it back to you.

Two settings worth knowing

All reviewers must approve. Off by default, so one approval is enough. Turn it on when everyone needs to see it.

This is a blocking approval. On means the post will not publish until it is approved. Off makes the request informational and the post still goes out on schedule, which is useful when you want a second pair of eyes but not a gate.

Where it shows up

A post waiting on review reads as waiting everywhere: in the sidebar, on the planner board, and on its status pill. It cannot slip out because someone forgot.

Reviewing on a phone works too. Approve and reject sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen.
