Telegram
Post to a Telegram channel or group through our bot.
Telegram has no sign-in for apps. Instead, you add our bot to your channel and prove the channel is yours.
Connect
Choose Telegram under Settings → Channels → Connect. Orbitwrite shows the bot's name.
Add the bot to your channel. Open your channel in Telegram, tap its name, go to Administrators → Add Admin, search for the bot, turn on Post Messages, and save. For a group, adding the bot as a member is enough.
Tell us which channel, by its @username. We check the bot is in it and can post.
Prove it's yours. Orbitwrite shows a short code. In Telegram, edit the channel, paste the code on a new line in its Description, and save. Then come back and confirm. You can remove the code afterwards.
The code is needed because the bot is shared by every Orbitwrite workspace: without it, anyone could connect your channel.
What you can post
