Zapier
Start a Zap when a post publishes, fails, or needs review.
Zapier is part of the Pro and Advanced plans.
The Orbitwrite app for Zapier connects your workspace to thousands of other tools: log published posts in a spreadsheet, post failures to a help desk, or ping a reviewer by SMS.
Connect
- In Zapier, add a step and search for Orbitwrite.
- When asked to sign in, create a key under Settings → API keys in Orbitwrite and paste it in.
A key belongs to one workspace, so each Zapier connection is one workspace.
Triggers
| Trigger | Fires when |

| Post Published | A post publishes successfully. |
| Post Failed | A post fails to publish. |
| Approval Requested | A teammate requests approval. |
| Approval Decided | An approval is approved or sent back. |
Each trigger gives you the workspace, the post's text, status, schedule and publish times, its URL, the channel's platform and handle, its campaign and its tags.
To create posts from Zapier, use a Webhooks by Zapier step against POST /api/v1/posts.
