# FAQ

> Quick answers to the questions we get most.

### Can I edit a post after it's published?

Most networks don't let apps edit live posts, so editing a published post in Orbitwrite changes our copy only. To
change what people see, delete the post from the network and publish a new one.

### Why does my post go out a minute or two after its time?

Posts are handed to the network at their time, and the network then has to accept and process them. Text usually
appears within a minute; video can take several while the network processes it.

### Can I post to a personal Facebook profile or a personal Instagram account?

No. Facebook and Instagram only let apps publish to Facebook Pages and to Instagram Business or Creator accounts.
Switching an Instagram account to Creator is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.

### Can I post to my personal LinkedIn profile and my company page?

Yes, both. Connecting LinkedIn lists your profile and every page you administer, and you pick which to add.

### Why is X limited on my plan?

X charges for every post an app publishes, and about thirteen times as much for a post with a link. Each plan
includes a monthly allowance of X posts sized to its price, with a smaller allowance for posts with links.

### Why don't Bluesky and Mastodon show impressions?

Neither network reports how many times a post was seen, to anyone. You'll see likes, replies, reposts and quotes.

### Do my teammates need their own accounts on the networks?

No. Channels belong to the workspace. Once one is connected, everyone in the workspace can post to it with their
role's permissions, and nobody needs the account's password.

### Can I use Orbitwrite for several brands or clients?

Yes: create a workspace for each. Each has its own channels, team, schedule and plan, and you switch between them
from the sidebar.

### Can an AI agent post for me?

Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP client to your workspace and ask it to draft, schedule or publish. It
can only do what your role, or the API key's scopes, allow. See [MCP](https://orbitwrite.com/docs/developers/mcp).

### How do I cancel?

**Settings → Billing**, then manage your subscription. Your data stays readable after cancelling; publishing stops
until you choose a plan again.
