# Calendar feeds

> Subscribe to your publishing schedule from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

A calendar feed puts your workspace's posts into the calendar you already use, and keeps them up to date as posts are
scheduled, moved and published.

## Create a feed

1. Go to **Settings → Calendar feeds** and create a feed.
2. Give it a **Name** and choose **Include posts that are**: **Scheduled**, **Planned**, **Published**, **Drafts**,
**Pending approval** or **Failed**, in any mix.
3. Copy the feed's link and add it to your calendar app:
   - **Google Calendar**: **Other calendars → + → From URL**.
   - **Apple Calendar**: **File → New Calendar Subscription**.
   - **Outlook**: **Add calendar → Subscribe from web**.

Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, from every few minutes to every few hours, so a change
in Orbitwrite can take a while to show.

## Keep the link private

Anyone with a feed's link can read the posts in it, without signing in. Treat it like a password, and choose
**Revoke feed** if it's shared by mistake; the link stops working at once. You can make several feeds with different
filters, such as one for the whole team and one for a client.

Your feeds belong to you. Owners and admins also see **Other members' feeds** and can revoke them.
