## Settings

Open **Settings** from the workspace menu. It has three groups.

**Account** is yours alone: **Profile** (your name, photo and timezone), **Notifications**, **Connected accounts**
(how you sign in) and **Security**.

**Workspace** is shared by everyone in it:

- **Team**: the workspace's name, address and logo.
- **Members**: invite people and set their roles.
- **Channels**: connect, reconnect and manage channels. Each channel also has its own settings page.
- **Tags**: the labels you put on posts.
- **Inbox**: team inboxes, routing and assignment.
- **Link tracking**: UTM and analytics parameters added to your links.
- **Analytics**: what's collected and how often.
- **Calendar feeds**: subscribe to your schedule from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
- **AI settings**: your brand voice and how Orb writes.
- **Billing**: your plan, usage and invoices.

**Automations** connects Orbitwrite to other tools: **Slack**, **Discord**, **Webhooks**, **MCP** and **API keys**.

Some items appear only on plans that include them. If one is missing, check [Plans and billing](https://orbitwrite.com/docs/guides/workspace/billing).

## Search and commands

Press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> (<kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> on Windows) anywhere in the app to search your posts and
campaigns, jump to a page, or create a post.

## Orb, the assistant

Orb is the AI assistant built into Orbitwrite. Open it from the composer's right rail to draft or rewrite a post, or
ask it about your workspace from the pages that offer it. See [AI assistant](https://orbitwrite.com/docs/guides/composer/ai-assistant).
